Order

Placing orders at Groendaktotaal is very easy! When the products have been placed in the shopping cart, you can then immediately start your payment. You choose a payment method and enter the invoice and delivery address. Have you received a customized quote from us? Then it is sufficient to send us an e-mail stating that you agree with the quotation. Please mention the quotation number. We will then send you the corresponding invoice. After payment of the invoice, your order will be forwarded to production.

Is your desired choice not on our website, do you need larger quantities, do you have a very large order or do you have any other questions or comments? Then contact us! We may be able to meet your wishes through a customized offer. 

Return

You can return tools within 30 days of receipt. If you want to return products, please let us know before shipment via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Shipping costs for returns are for the account of the customer. Return shipments must meet the following conditions:

• The goods must be undamaged, unopened and unused
• The goods must be complete
• The goods must be returned in the original packaging in good condition
• Provide good transport packaging to prevent damage to the goods
• Add your order confirmation to the shipment so that we know it will come from you

If your return shipment meets these conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days of receiving the return shipment to the account with which the order was paid at the time.
